摘要
目的探讨并总结扩心病患者植入三腔起搏器的术前、术后及出院指导护理工作和经验。方法分析对患者术前的心理干预、一般护理、健康教育,术后的病情观察、卧位护理、防止出血、感染,加强饮食、生活护理等手段及出院指导等措施,对三腔起搏器患者护理措施进行观察、总结和评价。结果经过精心护理指导,患者能积极配合手术,手术顺利进行,术后起搏器运行良好,减少了并发症的发生,无起搏器电极脱位等不良事件发生。术后患者自觉症状明显缓解,活动耐量增加。结论扩心病起搏器患者的一系列护理措施对于确保手术顺利进行,防止并发症的发生,增加患者的舒适度等具有重要意义,值得在临床工作中推广。
Objective To explore and summarize the experience of preoperative and postoperative nursing care of three chamber pacemaker in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods The measures for patients such as preoperative psychological intervention, general nursing, health education, postoperative observation and nursing care to prevent bleeding and infection, diet, life nursing and discharge guidance were analyzed, the nursing measures for patients with three chamber pacemaker were observed, summarized and evaluated. Results After careful nursing instruction, patients can actively cooperate with surgery, operation can be carried out smoothly, postoperative pacemaker runs well, reduce the incidence of complications, and no adverse events such as electrode dislocation. After the operation, the patients were relieved obviously, the activity was increased. Conclusion A series of nursing measures for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy cardiac pacemaker is great significance to ensure the smooth operation, prevent the occurrence of complications and increase patient comfort, it is worth popularizing in clinical work.
