摘要 目的研究探讨PCT(降钙素原)和CRP(C反应蛋白)联合定量检测在下呼吸道感染诊断中的应用价值。方法本研究采用随机、双盲法从我院收治的下呼吸道感染患者中选出110例纳入研讨领域,根据不同致病菌、病情严重程度分为不同的三组,测定患者PCT和CRP水平。结果细菌组、病菌组、支原体组的CRP和PCT血清水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高危组的CRP和PCT水平高于中危组,中危组的CRP和PCT水平高于低危组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性下呼吸道感染血清PCT和CRT水平高于慢性下呼吸道感染患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCT与CRP联合定量检测可用于判断不同病因的下呼吸道感染,同时对病情严重程度、治疗效果、预后均有重要的参考价值。 Objective To study the value of combined detection of PCT(procalcitonin) and CRP(C reactive protein) in the diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods This study used a randomized, double blind method to select 110 patients included in the research field of our hospital patients with lower respiratory tract infection, pathogenic bacteria, depending on the severity of the disease is divided into different three groups, the determination of PCT and CRP in patients with. Results the comparison of bacterial group, bacteria group and Mycoplasma group CRP and PCT serum levels, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); high risk group of CRP and PCT is higher than the level of the risk group, medium risk group CRP and PCT was higher than the low risk group, the difference between groups was significant higher than that in patients with chronic(P<0.05); lower respiratory tract infection in serum PCT and CRT levels in patients with acute respiratory tract infection, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PCT combined with CRP quantitative detection can be used to determine the different causes of lower respiratory tract infection, at the same time, the severity of the disease, treatment effect, prognosis has important reference value.
