摘要
医疗改革推进了医院管理创新的步伐,而在实际工作中,医院的成本分析工作也非常关键。要想提升医院的核心竞争力就需在成本上进行合理管理,改变传统管理体系下的不足之处。医院也可以对工作中耗费成本的地方进行合理分析,促进医院的财务管理水平。因此本文旨在对成本分析制度的原则进行分析,针对性地探究其在财务管理中的具体应用。
The health care reform to promote the hospital management innovation pace,and in practical work,cost analysis work of the hospital is also very critical.In order to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital should be reasonable in terms of cost management,change the deficiencies of the traditional management system.The hospital also carries out a reasonable analysis to work on the cost of where,to promote the level of hospital financial management.So this paper aims to analysis the principle of the system of cost analysis,to explore its application in financial management.
