摘要 目的探讨盆底康复治疗对子宫脱垂盆底张力、肌力和最大肌电位的作用。方法对确诊为子宫脱垂的35例患者进行盆底康复治疗,比较治疗前后盆底肌肌力、张力和最大肌电位的变化。结果盆底肌肌力治疗前分别为0级2例、1级17例、2级16例、3级0例、4级0例,治疗后分别为0级0例、1级4例、2级10例、3级11例、4级10例,P【0.05;盆底肌1°时基础张力治疗前后分别为101.74±43.91、139.89±48.74,P【0.05;最大肌电位治疗前后分别为8.03±3.14、14.51±5.89,P【0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论盆底康复治疗可修复盆底肌肌力和张力,提高最大肌电位,改善子宫脱垂患者症状,有效治疗子宫脱垂。 Objective Explore role of pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment for uterine prolapse pelvic floor tension,muscle strength and maximum EMG.Methods Diagnosed pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment for 35 patients with uterine prolapse,pelvic floor muscle strength before and after treatment,changes in tension and maximum EMG bit.Results Respectively,for the pre-treatment of pelvic floor muscle strength 0 2 cases、1 17 cases、2 16 cases、3 0 cases、4 0 cases,after treatment,respectively,0 0 cases、1 4 cases、2 10 cases、3 11 cases、4 10 cases,P<0.05;The underlying tension before and after treatment in the pelvic floor muscle 1 ° were 101.74±43.91、139.89±48.74,P<0.05;The largest EMG of before and after treatment were8.03±3.14、14.51±5.89,P<0.05,The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment of repairable pelvic floor muscle strength and tension to improve the maximum EMG bits to improve the symptoms of patients with uterine prolapse,effective treatment of uterine prolapse.
