摘要
目的观察不同护理方法对反复住院糖尿病患者的影响,以供临床工作参考。方法选择我院2009年12月——2010年11月收治的反复住院糖尿病患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗和护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予综合护理干预。出院后随访1年,观察两组患者再次住院率和生活质量的差异。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者再次住院率明显较低,QOL评分明显较高,差异有统计学意义(p【0.05)。结论对反复住院糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预,可有效降低再次住院率、提高患者生存质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the different nursing methods on repeatedly hospitalized diabetic patients the effects of clinical work,for reference.Methods In our hospital in 2009 December-2010 November were repeatedly hospitalized diabetic patients 120 cases,were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 60 cases. Patients in control group were given conventional treatment and nursing,the patients in the observation group based on the given comprehensive nursing intervention. After discharge from hospital were followed up for 1 years,observe two groups of patients readmitted rate and quality of life differences. Results Compared with control group,the patients in the observation group rehospitalization rate was significantly lower,QOL score was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion To repeatedly hospitalized diabetic patients carrying out comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the rate of hospitalization,once again,to improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of popularization and application.
