摘要
目的探讨美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗老年缺血性心律失常的治疗效果。方法选取68例老年缺血性心律失常患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予西药急性基础性治疗,观察组在此基础上给予美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后动态心电图变化、心电图及临床症状。结果观察组、对照组总有效率分别为94.11%、85.29%;观察组、对照组动态心电图总有效率为88.23%、79.41%,比较具有统计学意义(P】0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗老年性缺血失常具有显著的疗效,明显改善患者动态心电图和临床症状,值得临床广泛的推广及应用。
Objective To study the metoprolol combined metacentre grain treatment of senile ischemic cardiac arrhythmia treatment effect.Methods the 68 cases ofelderly patients with ischemic cardiac arrhythmia,randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group to western medicine acute basic treatment,observation group on the basis of the given metoprolol combined metacentre grain treatment,compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with dynamic electrocardiogram(ecg) changes,electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms.Results The observation group,the control group total effective rate were 94.11% and85.29%,The observation group and control group dynamic electrocardiogram(ecg) the total effective rate was 88.23%,79.41% and,respectively,compared with thestatistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined metacentric granule in treating senile ischemic disorder has significant curative effect,significantlyimprove patients with dynamic electrocardiogram(ecg) and the clinical symptoms,it is worth clinical widely promotion and application.
