摘要
目的探讨急诊低血糖患者的病因和急救护理方法。方法选取我科2009年12月到2011年12月期间急诊收治的低血糖患者122例,全部给予有针对性的急救护理,对这些患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结,并探讨护理体会。结果本组122例患者经急救护理后,治愈118例,病情严重转院治疗2例,死亡2例,治愈率为96.72%,病死率为1.64%;本组患者因为糖尿病有87例(占71.31%),其他原因有35例(占28.69%)。在低血糖发病原因上具有显著性差异,P【0.05,具有统计学意义。结论对于急诊低血糖的患者急救重点是寻找低血糖的原因,快速进行急救治疗的同时进行护理干预可显著提高急救效果,降低复发率,所以值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the etiology of emergency patients with low blood sugar and emergency care methods.Methods I Division from December 2009 to December 2011,122 cases of emergency admitted patients with low blood sugar,give all targeted emergency care,retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of these patients,and to explore the nursing experience.Results 122 patients after emergency care,cure 118 cases the serious condition referral for treatment of 2 cases and 2 deaths,the cure rate was 96.72%,the mortality rate was 1.64%;this group of patients because of the 87 cases of diabetes(accounting for 71.31 %),35 cases(28.69%)for other reasons.A significant difference in the incidence of low blood sugar causes,P<0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion For emergency hypoglycemia in patients with first-aid focus looking hypoglycemia,quick first aid treatment and nursing intervention can significantly improve the first-aid effect,reduce the relapse rate,and so worthy of further promotion.
