摘要
目的观察并探讨将细节护理干预应用到前置胎盘阴道流血患者住院期间的护理效果。方法将我院自2011年2月至2012年7月收治的36例前置胎盘阴道流血患者随机平分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予细节护理,观察比较两组新生儿的窒息情况及存活率。结果两组孕妇均无死亡,与对照组相比,观察组新生儿的存活率及窒息情况评分具有明显差异,P【0.05,具有统计学意义。结论对前置胎盘阴道流血患者给予细节护理,可以提高护理质量及围产儿的存活率,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe and explore the details of nursing intervention to the effect of the care of patients with placenta previa,vaginal bleeding during hospitalization.Methods 36 cases of placenta previa vaginal bleeding patients admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to July 2012 were randomly equally divided into observation group and control group,control group received conventional care,the observation group to give details of care,observe and compare the two groups neonatal asphyxia and survival.Results Both groups of pregnant women had no death,compared with the control group,observed in neonatal survival and suffocation score significant difference (P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Give details of the care of patients with placenta previa,vaginal bleeding,can improve the quality of care and perinatal survival,and worthy of promotion.
