摘要
目的对复方异丙托溴胺溶液雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎效果进行研究分析。方法随机选择我院2009年10月-2011年10月毛细支气管炎患儿79名,分成A、B两组,A组45名患儿为治疗组,给予患儿复方异丙托溴胺溶液雾化吸入治疗;B组34名患儿为对照组,给予氨茶碱口服。结果经治疗,A组患儿咳嗽、喘憋以及喘鸣音消失等病症改善时间均少于B组患儿,患儿治疗有效率高于B组,不良反应发生率明显低于B组患儿。结论复方异丙托溴胺溶液雾化吸入医治毛细支气管炎,患儿病情恢复较好,效果显著。
Objective The vision of compound bromine amine solution aerosolized treatment capillary bronchitis effect of research and analysis.Methods Random selection of our hospital in October 2009 to October 2011 capillary bronchitis patients 79,divided into A,B two group,A group of 45 patients for the treatment group,gives patients the vision of bromine amine solution aerosolized treatment;Group B 34 patients as control group,give oral aminiphylline.Results After treatment,A group of patients with fever,take suppress and wheezing sound disappear time all less than the disease such as improving group B patients,patients therapy was higher than the group B,adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than the group B patients.Conclusion Different c bromine amine compound aerosolized treatment solution capillary bronchitis,disease patients recovered well,the effect is remarkable.
