摘要
目的探讨经导管动脉栓塞术治疗妇产科大出血的临床疗效。方法选取2009年8月-2011年8月在我院接受导管动脉栓塞术治疗的产科大出血患者40例,随机分为研究组22例和对照组18例。研究组采用导管动脉栓塞术进行止血治疗,对照组则采用髂内动脉结扎术进行止血治疗。结果研究组在手术时间、出血量、流血时间、止血有效率以及子宫切除率方面均比对照组有明显的优越性。结论经导管动脉栓塞术治疗妇产科大出血,手术时间短、止血迅速、疗效显著且创伤较小,更有利于患者子宫的保留,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To study the transcatheter arterial embolization in the clinical curative effect of obstetrics and gynecology hemorrhage.Methods Select from August 2009 to August 2011 in our hospital accept catheter arterial embolization in the massive hemorrhage patients of obstetrics in 40 cases,all patients were divided into random group and control group in 22 cases in 18 cases.The team used catheter arterial embolization for hemostatic treatment,the control group,the use in iliac artery ligation for hemostatic treatment.Results The team in operation time,blood loss,bleeding time,hemostatic effective and uterus removal rate than the control group is obvious superiority.Discuss:transcatheter arterial embolization of gynecology and obstetrics massive haemorrhage,operation time is short,hemostatic quickly,curative effect is distinct and trauma are smaller,more beneficial to patients of the uterus,keep,have clinical application value.
