摘要
目的探讨和研究医院感染管理与护理管理的协同作用。方法我院自2010年开始实施护理管理制度改革,进一步的完善护理管理工作,摘取我院2010年全年7946例患者的感染统计,与2009年全年7491例患者的感染统计进行统计学处理和分析。结果 2010年我院感染比例为0.97%(77),2009年院内感染比例为2.18%(163),2010年明显优于2009年,差异具有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论护理管理的优化能够显著的降低院内感染的发生率,对于医院感染管理的控制是十分有利的。
Objective To explore and research the management of hospitalin fection and nursing management synergy.Methods From 2010 to begin the implementation of nursing management system reform,further improve the nursing management in our hospital in 2010,won in 7946 cases of patients with infection in statistics,and the year 2009,7491cases of patients with infection statistics statistical processing and analysis.Results The results of the 2010my courtyard infection ratio of 0.97%(77),nosocomial infection ratio of 2.18%(163),significantly better than2009,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The nursing management optimization can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections,for management of hospital infection control is very favorable.
