摘要
目的探讨子宫颈环形电刀切除术(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变的临床价值。方法回顾分析2009年1月至2010年12月在本院妇产科门收治的97例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者,行宫颈环形锥切术的治疗情况。结果 97例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者均一次完成手术,手术时间1-10分钟,平均5.2分钟;术中出血量2-50毫升,平均6.8毫升,住院时间1-12d,平均4.1天。LEEP术后随访,治愈89例,治愈率达91.8%。结论宫颈LEEP环型电切术具有操作简单,手术时间短,治疗效果可靠,是一种较理想的CIN诊治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of the cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods Retrospectivere view of clinical efficacy of 97 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) patients with LEEP From January 2009 to December 2011.Results 97CINcases were one-pass operation by LEEP.The average of operative time、peroperative bleeding andhospital stays were 5.2 min,6.8 ml and4.1days,respectiv ely.The follow-up result after LEEP revealed89 curative cases w ith a cure rate of 91.8 %.Conclusion LEEP is simple andshorter operative time,its effect on treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasias is reliable,which is an ideal treatment methodfor CIN.
