摘要
目的:观察硝普纳辅助治疗心力衰竭的临床效果,提高临床治疗水平。方法:选择我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者130例,随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采用硝普钠辅助治疗。结果:①观察组显效37例,有效27例,总有效率为98.46%;对照组显效29例,有效28例,总有效率为87.7%。两组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P【0.01)。②治疗后,比较两组的左室舒张末期内经,射血分数以及后壁厚差异有统计学意义(p【0.01)。结论:硝普纳辅助治疗心力衰竭可以提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the sodium nitroprusside in adjuvant treatment of heart failure clinical effect,improve the level of clinical treatment.Methods:In our hospital in patients with chronic heart failure in 130 cases,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 65 cases in each group,the control group adopted conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with sodium nitroprusside adjuvant therapy.Results:The observation group37 cases,effective in 27 cases,the total effective rate was 98.46%;the control group29 cases,effective in 28 cases,the total effective rate was 87.7%.Two groups of patients were comparable,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After the treatment,compared with two groups of left ventricular end diastolic internal classics,ejection fraction and posterior wall thickness difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Sodium nitroprusside in adjuvant treatment of heart failure can improve the clinical treatment effect,worthy of clinical application.
