摘要
通过对弧焊机器人系统的故障分析及处理,对故障产生的原因、机理进行分析,并提出了相应的维修方法,对于系统或外围系统的设计制造缺陷进行了改进性维修,以避免故障的重复性,从而进一步提高了焊接机器人的可靠性和适用范围。
By analyzing and dealing with the arc welding robot sytems failure,this article analyzes the reason of the failure,and points out the solutions.Aiming at the design,the manufacturings default,and improved maintain,it avoids the faults repetition and improves the reliability and applicability of arc welding robot.
