摘要
目的探讨基于APP平台的延续护理对喉癌术后出院患者治疗依从性及生存质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月间山东省立第三医院收治的行喉癌手术治疗的60例患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用电话随访及门诊复查等常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用基于APP平台的延续性护理,比较两组患者的治疗依从性,出院前后的焦虑、抑郁评分及出院3个月后的生活质量评分。结果研究组患者治疗总依从率为90. 0%,优于对照组的73. 3%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。出院后3个月,研究组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。研究组患者的角色功能、躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能及总体生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论对于喉癌术后出院的患者采用基于APP平台的延续护理,能提高患者的治疗依从性,改善不良心理状态,提高术后生活质量,利于临床应用。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on APP platform on treatment compliance and quality of life in patients discharged after surgery for laryngeal cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients who received surgical treatment for laryngeal cancer at Shandong Third Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the study group were given continuous nursing care based on the APP platform besides the routine care and patients in the control group were given routine nursing care including telephone follow-up and outpatient review.Treatment compliance,anxiety and depression scores before and after discharge and quality of life scores at 3 months after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results The overall compliance rate was 90.0%in the study group which was significantly better than73.3%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group at 3 months after the discharge(all P<0.05).The scores of role,physical,cognitive,emotional and social function and overall quality of life were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05),Conclusion Continuous nursing based on APP platform can significantly improve the treatment compliance,psychological state and postoperative quality of life in patients discharged after surgery for laryngeal cancer,which is conducive to clinical application and promotion.
