摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在改善卵巢癌化疗患者睡眠质量和生活质量中的应用。方法选取2015年2月至2017年1月间上海市松江区中心医院收治的68例卵巢癌化疗患者,将采用常规护理加舒适护理干预的34例患者纳入观察组,采用常规护理的34例患者纳入对照组。比较两组患者的护理满意度、睡眠质量和生活质量评分。结果观察组患者入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍及日间功能障碍评分均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。观察组患者功能(躯体、角色、情绪、认知和社会)量表评分显著高于对照组患者,状态量表(疼痛、疲劳和恶心呕吐)评分及特异性量表(便秘、腹泻和食欲)评分均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。观察组患者护理满意度91. 2%,高于对照组患者的70. 6%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对卵巢癌化疗患者采取舒适护理干预,可显著改善患者睡眠及生活质量,提高患者的护理满意度,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the efficacy of comfort care in improving sleep quality and quality of life in patients with ovarian cancer on chemotherapy. Methods A total of 68 patients with ovarian cancer on chemotherapy at Songjiang District Central Hospital of Shanghai from February 2015 to January2017 were selected and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group. All Patients were given routine nursing care,and what’s more,patients in the observation group were also given comfort care. Satisfaction with nursing,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of fall-sleep time,sleep time and quality,sleep disorder and daytime function were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05).The scores of the function scale( body,role,mood,cognition and society) were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the scores of the condition scale( pain,fatigue,and nausea and vomiting) and specific scale( constipation,diarrhea and appetite) were lower in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). The satisfaction with nursing was 91. 2% for the observation group which was significantly higher than 70. 6% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Comfort care can significantly improve sleep and quality of life,and satisfaction with nursing in patients with ovarian cancer on chemotherapy,and it is worthy of clinical application.
