摘要
目的:总结李国衡教授腰部治伤用药特点及学术思想。方法:收集李国衡教授门诊病例104例,对病例中符合纳入标准的药物通过Excel进行数值转化及录入,并将整理好的数据通过SPSS19.0进行频数分析和聚类分析。结果:1)处方数104张,应用中药117味,使用频次大于15次为32味;2)聚类分析发现活血药、健脾药、补肝肾药为常用中药,多归经于肝脾肾三经;3)魏氏复方四物汤、异功散、六味地黄丸、魏氏健脾滋肾汤是李国衡教授腰部治伤用药的基本方。结论:李国衡教授腰部治伤善于从肝脾肾三经辨证选药,继承发扬了魏氏伤科"气血为要,筋骨并重;肝肾为重,调摄脾胃"的学术思想,并重视情志的调节。
Objective:To analyze the experience of professor LI Guoheng in treating lumbar disease.Methods:Professor LI Guoheng’s 104 typical cases for treating lumbar disease were collected.In order to search for the prescription regularity of LI Guoheng in treating lumbar disease,the herbs adhering to the inclusion criteria in the selected cases were recorded by excel table,the frequency and cluster analysis were applied by SPSS19.0 for Windows statistical software.Results:1)A total of 104 medical cases were included in the study,117 herbs were included,32 herbs were used more than 15 times.2)The herbs of activating blood,strengthening spleen,reinforcing liver and kidney medicine were commonly used,which mostly belonged to the three meridians of liver,spleen and kidney.3)Wei’s Siwu Decoction,Yigong Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Pill and Wei’s Jianpi Zishen Decoction were the basic formulas for professor LI Guoheng in treating lumbar disease.Conclusion:Professor LI Guoheng was good at chosing herbs treating lumbar diseases from liver,spleen and kidney.He not only inherited and developed the Wei’s academic thoughts,demanding Qi and blood,emphasizing the bone and muscle,stressing liver and kidney,cultivating spleen and stomach,but also valued emotional regulation.
