摘要
冠心病是目前危害人类生命安全的主要疾患,在祖国医学中属'真心痛'、'厥心痛'等范畴。我们针刺内关穴治疗36例冠心病,根据中医辨证分型观察了分型与疗效之间的关系。与此同时以心功能、血流变。
This article presents acupuncture treatment for36 patients who suffered from coronary heart disease.Point Neiguan was punctured bilaterally 2-2.5cmdeep and the needle was retained for 30 minutesafter the arrival of needling sensation.One treat-ment was offered daily and each patient was treated30 times.The result of the treatment showed that:in 34 patients,the chief symptoms disappeared,si-multaneously PEP was shortened,LVET was pro-longed,the ratio between PEP and LVET was redu-ced and SV,Co and CI increased;in laboratoryexamination whole blood viscosity and the viscosityof plasmic ratio were lowered,and some of the lipidindices ameliorated.
