摘要
目的:基于方差预测模型,提高药品采购计划准确度,降低缺货率的发生。减少因药品采购计划不准导致临床治疗中断及药品缺货导致患者就诊满意度下降。方法:通过计算每种药品2018年上半年相对标准偏差,并利用ABC分类,分别将14 d、7 d、3 d消耗量加以不同权重,结合药品相对标准偏差与计算权重后的药品消耗量,建立偏差预测模型计算药品消耗量。结果:通过与实际消耗量比较发现,相较于原始平均值计算方式,使用偏差预测模型计算的药品消耗量更接近药品真实使用量,与原始平均值计算方式具有显著性差异。结论:偏差预测模型计算药品消耗量能更准确、快速制定采购计划,提高药品采购计划准确度。
OBJECTIVE To improve the accuracy of drug procurement plan and reduce the occurrence of out-of-stock rate based on variance prediction mode so as to reduce the decrease in patient satisfaction due to clinical treatment interruptions,inaccurate drug procurement plans and drug shortages.METHODS By calculating the relative standard deviation of each drug in the first half of 2018,the 14-day,7-day,and 3-day consumptions were weighted separately based on the ABC classification combined with the relative standard deviation of the drug and the drug consumption after calculating the weight.a deviation predictive model was established to calculate drug consumption.RESULTS Compared with the actual consumption,it was found that compared with the original average calculation method,the drug consumption calculated by the deviation prediction model was much closer to the actual consumption of the drug,which was significantly different from the original average calculation method.CONCLUSION The deviation prediction model can calculate the consumption of drugs more accurately to make procurement plan more quickly and improve the accuracy of drug procurement planning.
