摘要
通过对江苏省医学高层次人才发展影响因素及其存在的问题的分析,从应凝聚共识,以国际化视野谋划医学高层次人才工作;统一思想,提升对医学高层次人才工作主要矛盾的认识;明确定位,制定符合江苏实情医学学科和人才发展战略;精准引才,提高高层次人才与江苏卫生发展匹配度;分级分类,以多元化方式培养医学高层次人才;小步快跑,建立"碎步化"职业生涯上升通道;优化考核,建立可等价化、结果导向的评价体系;多元参与,着力打造医学高层次人才社会化服务体系;深化改革,积极打造适合医学高层次人才成长的微环境等方面提出了一些医学高层次人才发展的对策和建议。
Based on the influence factors and problems of advanced talents development in healthcare industry in Jiangsu province,countermeasures were proposed as talents planning with an international view,taking more attention on advanced talent development,making talent strategy and discipline development strategy combined with Jiangsu's situation,clear targeting,classification and multiple ways on training advanced talent,building sustainable career development,building pay for performance assessment system,constructing social service system for advanced talent and improving environment.
