摘要
作为上海最早开设多学科协作诊疗(multi disciplinary team,MDT)门诊的上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院,经过长达8年的探索,针对MDT门诊开设实践中医生资质及到位率管控、患者病历集成与索引、MDT门诊质量监控、MDT门诊医生培养与成长等难题,分别开发构建了MDT门诊医生登录系统、360患者资料视图及门诊随访系统、多学科联合讨论投票评价系统、MDT门诊后台管理评价系统,充分利用信息化支撑MDT门诊优化运行,对完善MDT门诊的高效管理做了积极的探索。
As the first hospital of opening MDT outpatient in Shanghai, according to the 8 years of experiences, difficulties in building MDT outpatient such as the doctor's qualification, doctor's in place rate, patient medical record collection, integration and index, quality control and doctor's training has analyzed and the doctor login system, 360 patient data view and outpatient follow-up system, multi-disciplinary discussion voting system and MDT management evaluation system have carried out to solve the problems in daily operation in Ruijin Hospital. These systems can contribute ef ectively to the management of MDT.
