摘要
十八大以来,加强党的建设是中央对于社会各领域、每位党员提出的战略要求,医疗卫生系统当然也不例外。大型公立医院必须适应新形势,结合行业特点,创新工作形式和方法,坚持党建政治核心和医教研管业务中心紧密结合,为医院发展保持正确方向提供思想政治保障。通过资料分析和实例描述等方法,提出大型公立医院创新党建工作的必要性、主要举措等,为医院党建工作模式和路径提供借鉴。
Since the eighteenth Communist Party of China, strengthening the CPC construction is the strategic object for all sectors of society and all the party members, and the medical systems is no exception. To provide the ideological and political guarantee for the health developments, the large public hospitals must adapt to the new situations and to innovate methodology and work format according to the career features. All the large public hospitals also have to insist on the party construction combines as political core with the business centers such as medical, education, research and management. This paper proposes the necessity of the innovation and the major measures for the CPC Constructions of large public hospital, which can be the reference for the work modes and paths through the material analytic method and case description.
