摘要
目的:了解国内三甲医院图书馆信息资源服务和利用现状。方法:采用随机抽样和问卷调查方式,对33所三甲医院图书馆基本状况和医护人员对医院图书馆信息资源的利用状况进行调研。结果:被调查医院均有独立设置的图书馆,多由医院科研或信息部门主管,主要提供书刊借阅、数据库检索等信息服务;图书馆年度资源建设经费差异较大,从3.5万元到220万元,平均81.93万元,主要购买中文数据库和少量英文数据库,共享高校图书馆信息对丰富医院信息资源较为有益;医护人员利用图书馆的目的主要是查找文献、自我学习和解决临床问题,电子期刊最多,PUBMED是最常使用数据库,对于英文文献有相当的信息需求;医护人员对医院图书馆有较高的满意度。结论:医院图书馆经费、硬件等基础条件差距大,部分医院图书馆投入不足。医护人员利用图书馆资源的主要目的是查阅文献、自我学习和解决临床问题,英文文献需求强烈。数字环境下医护人员亟需可远程和移动访问、内容综合性和时效性强的信息资源,图书馆信息服务需要更多的网络环境和经费投入支持。
Objective: To understand the status of the tertiary A hospitals information resources services and utilization in China. Methods: Thirty three tertiary A hospitals were surveyed by random sampling and questionnaire. Results: The selected hospitals all have library which was charged by research department or information department and provided book borrow and data retrieve service. The average funds of library in 33 hospitals was 819.3 thousand Yuan, the bottom was 35 thousand Yuan while the top was 2.2 million Yuan to buy database in Chinese and a few English database. Libraries who can share information from university significant enriched their resources. The reader’s demands were focused on literature retrieve and self learning. PUBMED is the most frequency database. And most of medical staf was satisfied with the library. Conclusion: Hospital library funding, hardware and other basic conditions disparities and inadequate investment in some hospitals library. Consult literature, self-study and solve clinical problems is the main purpose of use of library resources. They have strong demand for English literature. In the digital environment, health care workers need some remote and mobile access, content comprehensive and timesensitive information resources, library information services require more network environment and funding support.
