摘要
前列腺增生(BPH)是世界范围内严重影响中老年男性生活质量的主要问题之一。体内实验证据表明花粉及其提取物对实验性动物BPH有显著性抑制作用,体外实验证明花粉及其提取物可抑制前列腺病变细胞的生长。科研人员对花粉中治疗BPH的有效组分进行了不断的挖掘。本文对这些研究进展进行了综述。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is one of the main issues that severely effect on quality life of old men worldwide. In vivo and in vitro experiments demonstrated that pollen and its extracts could inhibit experimental animal BPH and the growth of disease cells from benign prostatic significantly. Several effective components in the treatment of BPH from pollen were identified. This article summarizes the results of these studies.
