冬樱花花期蜜蜂采集行为研究

摘要 为了探讨冬季花期东、西方蜜蜂采集行为的差异,本研究对昆明冬樱花花期东、西方蜜蜂的出勤规律、单花停留时间及访花频率进行了观察。结果表明:在冬樱花花期,东方蜜蜂的最早出巢时间极显著早于西方蜜蜂,而最晚回巢时间极显著晚于西方蜜蜂,就日采集时间而言,东方蜜蜂比西方蜜蜂平均每天多1.3h;一天内随着时间推移,东方蜜蜂的出巢数量总体上多于西方蜜蜂;东、西方蜜蜂单花采蜜停留时间、采粉停留时间和访花频率差异均不显著。 During Cerasus cerasoides flowering in Kunming,observations on the foraging behaviours of Apis cerana and Apis mellifera were conducted for the daily initiation and cessation of foraging,total duration of foraging activity,peak foraging hours,the time spent on each flower,the number of flowers visited per minute and so on in order to explore the differences between the two honeybee species. The results showed that the initiation of foraging for A. cerana was very significantly earlier than A. mellifera,whereas,the cessation of foraging was inversed completedly. The average duration of foraging by A. cerana was longer than that by A. mellifera(1.3 h). More worker bees of A. cerana collected pollen and nectar from C. cerasoides than that of A. mellifera throughout the day. Differences in the time spent per flower by a pollen collector or nectar collector and visiting frequency were no significant between A. cerana and A. mellifera.
