心血管疾病与非酒精性脂肪性肝病

摘要 心血管疾病(CVD)与非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)在病理生理方面有着共同的机制,其中胆汁酸、能量和脂质代谢的相关信号分子在两种疾病的发生发展过程中均发挥了重要的作用。参与胆汁酸、能量和脂肪代谢的相关信号分子主要分别有法尼酯受体和胆汁酸G蛋白偶联胆汁酸受体1;成纤维生长因子21和AMPK激活的蛋白激酶;过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体。可以针对其靶向分子进行药物干预,达到治疗的作用。
