摘要
我国肉牛历经快速发展和数量锐减的阶段,目前面临着一些制约发展的瓶颈。本文旨在借助国际动物记录委员会(ICAR)经验,提出按照ICAR操作指南的规则建立我国肉牛产业数据记录系统的建议,以提升我国肉牛产业的管理水平,加快肉牛育种进程,为百姓餐桌上的牛肉安全和质量提供技术保障。
Chinese beef industry experienced a rapid development and then decreased dramatically. Now it is challenged by some bottlenecks. This paper aimed at a proposal of improving Chinese beef industry using the guidelines and experiences of International Committee of Animal Recording( ICAR) to ensure beef safety and quality. The fulfill of the proposal would increase the genetic level of Chinese beef cattle industry.
