摘要
目的探讨后腹膜肿瘤的种类及诊治经验。方法回顾性分析2004年11月至2009年9月上海市杨浦区中心医院诊治的后腹膜肿瘤23例病人的临床资料,总结诊治经验。结果 23例病人均成功进行手术切除肿瘤,其中有3例(占13.1%)为腹腔镜手术,20例为开放式肿瘤切除术。术后根据病理在进行后续治疗。结论后腹膜肿瘤来源有多样性,手术切除是治疗的关键。
Objective To explore the retroperitoneal tumor types,diagnosis and treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of 23 cases of retroperitoneal tumors,nearly 5 years,and analysis retroperitoneal tumor cases' different treatment options.Results 23 patients were successfully carried out surgery to resect the tumor,including 3 cases(13.1%) for laparoscopic surgery,postoperative treatments were followed by the pathological result.Conclusion The retroperitoneal tumors have diversities,surgical resection is the key of the treatment.
