摘要
以锂长石、骨灰、三氧化二铁、煅烧滑石等原料,从低膨胀铁红花釉制备工艺研究入手,探讨了骨灰含量和工艺条件对釉面质量的影响,结合XRD和热膨胀系数分析,研制出适合低膨胀耐热陶瓷坯体的低膨胀铁红花釉。研究结果表明:当配方组成中骨灰含量12%左右,釉面厚度在0.5~0.8mm,在1260℃并保温时间在30~40min时,可以获得分布均匀、大小适中的釉面结晶效果。从XRD和膨胀系数分析可知,由于样品中有含锂化合物、钙长石和α-Fe2O3晶体的析出,赋予了样品具有低膨胀且釉面呈现红斑效果。
In this paper, from the preparation of low thermal expansion iron-red glaze, effects of bone ash contents and processing condition on the glaze were studied by introducing lithium feldspar,bone ash,Fe2O3 and calcined talc, etc as main materials. Combining with XRD and thermal expansion coefficient analysis, iron-red fancy glaze with the low thermal expansion suitable for low-expansion body was prepared. The results showed that when bone ash content is about 12% for the glaze composition and glaze's thickness is between 0.5 ~ 0.8 mm can obtain uniform distribution, homogeneously distributed red spots effect at firing temperature of 1260 ℃ for 30 ~ 40 min. From XRD and thermal expansion coefficient analysis,the iron-red glaze is composed of α-Fe2O3, LixAlxSi3-xO6 and Ca O·Al2O3·2Si O2 crystals, which endowed the sample with low expansion and red spots effects.
