摘要
基于两种分散剂聚甲基丙烯酸钠(PMAA-Na)和聚甲基丙烯酸铵(PMAA-NH4)制得纳米级氧化铝陶瓷坯体和基片。针对其力学性能、电性能做了全面的测试研究。主要包括两种分散剂对坯体强度、坯体及基片显微结构、基片密度、基片的介电常数、介质损耗、绝缘强度等影响。通过测试,发现两种分散剂下制的基片,均满足高性能氧化铝陶瓷基片的性能要求。
