摘要
通过热压成型制备了剑麻纤维增强聚乳酸(PLA/SF)复合材料,用K蛋白酶降解方式研究了该复合材料的生物降解性能,并利用差热扫描量热仪分析了复合材料在酶降解过程中的非等温结晶行为。结果表明,SF的加入提高了PLA及其复合材料的降解速率,且随着SF含量的增加,降解速率提高;SF的加入对PLA的结晶性能有一定的影响,进而也影响了复合材料的酶水解速度。
Sisal fibers(SF)reinforced poly(lactic acid)(PLA)composites were prepared by hotpress molding.The bio-degradation performance of the composites was investigated by K-protease degradation,and the non-isothermal crystallization performance of PLA during enzymatic degradation was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).It showed that the introduction of sisal fiber into PLA matrix could accelerate the degradation of the composites,which increased with increasing SF weight fraction.
