本文论述的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料作为船舶电缆密封材料及采用现场喷灌工艺的密封方法具有独创性。本文详细介绍了船用密封材料的技术要求、密封方法的原理及特点、硬质PU泡沫塑料密封材料和该密封装置的性能及其该密封材料的施工工艺和设备。
This paper expounds that the rigid polyurethane foam used as a sealing material for shipcable and the spray and pour sealing technology on the spot. This paper introduces in detail the technical requirments of Sealing-material for ships,and the principles characteristics and the evident economic benefits of the Sealing Procedure This paper also particularly introduces the sealing material—rigid PU foam and the function of this sealing set and sealing technology with equipment of the sealing material.
