摘要
对黑龙江省哈尔滨市和双城市西瓜生产中新发现的病害进行了分离培养、纯化以及致病性测定,得到了2个具有致病性的菌株。通过形态学特征、革兰氏染色、生理生化特性以及16SrDNA序列分析进行了病原鉴定。结果表明,这2个菌株均为燕麦嗜酸菌西瓜亚种Acidovor axavenae subsp.citrulli,可引起西瓜细菌性果斑病的发生,这是该病在黑龙江省的首次报道。
This study reports the newly discovered watermelon disease in Harbin and Shuangcheng 2 cities,Heilongjiang Province.Two pathogenitic strains were obtained after isolation culture,purification,and pathogenicity testing.The pathogen was identified by morphological feature,gram staining,physiological-biochemical characteristic and 16S rDNA analysis.The results showed that both 2 strains were Acidovorax avenae subsp.citrulli.Thus,it was determined that the watermelon disease observed in Harbin and Shuangcheng City was watermelon bacterial fruit blotch.This is the first report of this disease in Heilongjiang Province.
