摘要
区域创新系统是区域经济可持续发展的驱动力。低碳经济背景下,有必要将当前的低碳经济需求纳入到区域创新系统中,构建更高层次的区域低碳创新系统。本文尝试从区域创新系统、低碳经济、政产学研合作三者之间的内在关联入手,从系统动力学角度分析区域低碳创新系统的内涵、结构及协同机制。上述研究有助于提升我国区域低碳技术创新和低碳制度创新的能力和效率,使具有低碳特征的技术链、人才链、资金链、政策链高效融合于区域创新系统中。
Regional innovation system is the driving force for sustainable development of regional economy. Under the background of a low-carbon economy,it is necessary to induce the need of the current low-carbon economy into regional innovation system in order to build a higher level of regional low-carbon innovation systems. This paper analyzes the inter relationship among the regional innovation system,low-carbon economy and political research cooperation and analyze the connotation,structure and operational mechanism of regional low-carbon innovation system from the perspective of system dynamics connotation. The study will help enhance our regional low-carbon technology innovation,capability and efficiency of institutional innovation of efficiency to make the low-carbon technology chain with the low-carbon character of talent chain,the capital chain,the policy chain efficiently integrate in regional innovation system.
