摘要
从人口、土地、经济、社会、生活五个维度构建新型城镇化发展水平综合评价指标体系,采用专家咨询与层次分析法确定指标权重,通过线性加权综合评价法确定了五指山市2009—2014年的新型城镇化发展水平综合评价结果。结果表明:五指山的新型城镇化发展水平处于中等偏上水平,呈现逐年上升的态势,2014年各指标类型的发展水平从高到低依次为社会城镇化>生活城镇化>经济城镇化>土地城镇化>人口城镇化。
This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of the new urbanization level from the population,land,economy,society and life five dimensions. It applies expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process( AHP) to determine the index weight. It determines the new urbanization development level comprehension evaluation results of Wuzhishan City in 2009- 2014 by the linear weighted Comprehensive Assessment finally. The results showed that: The new urbanization development level of Wuzhishan City is in the average level and presents the rising trend year by year. The development level of each indicator type in 2014 from high to low in turn is social urbanization > lifestyle urbanization > economic urbanization > land urbanization > population urbanization.
