摘要
当今世界人口过快增长给资源环境等造成极大的压力,特别是在环境急剧恶化的今天,世界各国对人口的控制更是摆在了空前的高度,为了应对人口过快增长,需要分析出对人口控制中影响重要的几大要素并进行层级分析。本文在分析出人口控制的十二个相关影响因素的情况下,通过ISM构建人口影响因素的结构模型,并将各个影响因素划分到不同层级中,再利用层次结构模型进行评价,最后汇总得到影响总人口的因素排序,可以看出通过对收入进行控制是控制人口的最好手段。
Now population in the world grow rapidly,which brings more pressure to the environment,especially in the deteriorating situation. Most of country controls the population at an unprecedented level. In order to cope with the rapid population growth,we need to analyze the important factors affecting the population controlling and to do hierarchical structure model. This paper analyzes the twelve factors,which affect the population quantity,using the ISM building controlling population structure model,then various factors are divided into different levels,and are evaluated by the hierarchical structure model. Finally it summarizes of factors affecting total population,and the control of the income is the best way to control the population.
