摘要
榆林市既是我国能源矿产聚集区,同时也是生态环境脆弱地区,水资源短缺已是经济社会发展和生态建设的主要"瓶颈"。分析产业用水与经济发展现状,并采用相关分析法对水资源与产业结构相关度检验,得出第二产业与用水量相关度最大,认为产业结构优化与水资源合理配置有很大关系。最后,提出榆林未来产业结构优化应基于循环经济发展理念,优化产业内部结构,以提高水资源利用率。
Yulin is China's energy mineral accumulation area,but also the ecological environment fragile area,water shortage has been the main ' bottleneck' of economic and social development and ecological construction. It analyzed the current situation of industrial water use and economic development,and used correlation analysis method to inspect the correlation of water resources and industrial structure. It is concluded that the correlation degree between secondary industry and water consumption was the largest,and industrial structure optimization and rational allocation of water resources had a great relationship. Finally,based on the concept of circular economy development,this article suggested that governments should optimize the internal structure of the industry,and improve the utilization of water resources.
