摘要
本文介绍了碳排放的不同概念,分析了碳排放计算的作用,综述了欧盟碳排放计算统计方法及碳排放现状。借鉴欧盟的先进发展经验,提出了我国碳排放计算统计工作的发展建议。
The paper introduced the different definitions of carbon emissions,analyzed the effect of carbon emission calculation,and reviewed carbon emission calculation and statistics system in EU. Learning from the European experiences,this paper had recommended strategies for establishing and developing China's carbon emission calculation and statistics system.
