摘要
新中国成立69年特别是改革开放40年来,中国工农城乡关系经历了深刻变迁。本文首先运用不平衡理论对产业和区域发展滞后进行了简要讨论,并从工农相互作用的角度把中国工农城乡发展率先与跟进关系的演变7个阶段进行定性分析,进而运用统计数据对全国及各省的工农城乡关系进行定量判断,最后提出了不同区域优化工农城乡关系的战略措施。
In the past 69 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,especially since the reform and opening up for 40 years,the relationship between industry and agriculture,the relationship between urban and rural areas has undergone profound changes.This paper firstly uses the imbalance theory to briefly discuss the lag of industry and regional development.After that,from the perspective of industry and agriculture interaction,it qualitatively analyzes the seven stages of the evolution of the relationship between urban and rural development in China’s urban and rural areas.Later,it uses statistical data to quantitatively determine the relationship between urban and rural workers and peasants across the country and across provinces.Finally,it proposes strategic measures to optimize the relationship between urban and rural workers and peasants in different regions.
