摘要
对西双版纳新引的6个油棕品种中果皮多酚、β-胡萝卜素含量进行了试验研究。结果表明,6个品种中果皮含油率、多酚含量、β-胡萝卜素含量差异极显著(p<0.01)。‘T1’‘RY4’‘RY6’中果皮含油率高于其他3个品种,达58%以上;‘M1’最低,为51.84%。‘RY4’‘RY6’中果皮多酚含量分别为0.730 mg/g、0.697 mg/g,显著高于‘T1’‘T2’‘T3’‘M1’品种。‘T2’中果皮β-胡萝卜素含量0.123 mg/g,显著高于其他5个品种;‘T1’‘RY4’‘RY6’居中;‘M1’最低,为0.038 mg/g。6个品种中,‘RY6’‘RY4’中果皮含油率(58.63%、58.89%)、多酚(0.697 mg/g、0.730 mg/g)、β-胡萝卜素(0.088 mg/g、0.078 mg/g)含量都较高,食用价值高。
This paper determined polyphenol content and β-carotene content in the mesocarp of six oil palm varieties introduced in Xishuangbanna. The results showed that oil content, mesocarp’s polyphenol contents and β-carotene content were significantly different between six varieties(p < 0.01).’T1’ ’RY4’ and ’RY6’ oil contents in mesocarp were more than 58%, and were higher than the other three varieties.’M1’ has the least oil content as 51.84%.The polyphenol content in ’RY4’ and ’RY6’ respectively were 0.730 mg/g and 0.697 mg/g, significantly higher than ’T1’, ’T2’,’T3’and ’M1’varieties. The β-carotene content of ’T2’ was highest as 0.123 mg/g, ’T1’ ’RY4’ and ’RY6’ were at middle, while ’M1’ had the lowest. In short, ’RY6’and ’RY4’ had high oil content(58.63%, 58.89%), polyphenols content(0.697 mg/g, 0.730 mg/g) and β-carotene content(0.088 mg/g, 0.078 mg/g), and the edibleness of the two varieties is higher than the others.
