燃煤链条锅炉分区多重强化燃烧技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 燃煤链条锅炉由于其固有的燃烧特性,使得其燃烧效率不高,导致锅炉热效率低,但由于运行操作简单,在我国仍然被广泛使用。文中针对链条锅炉效率低下问题,提出了一种全新的分区多重强化燃烧链条锅炉技术。该技术通过对链条炉固有的燃烧特性、燃烧过程机理分析,将炉膛内空间进行分区,分为炉排煤层燃烧区、悬浮空间燃烧区及其它区域。根据各区不同的燃烧特性采用多重强化燃烧技术、空气分级燃烧技术,组成高效燃烧系统,提高链条锅炉热效率和环保性能。该技术可获得显著的经济效益和社会效益,具有良好的推广应用前景。 Since its inherent combustion characteristics,the coal-fired chain-grate boiler has not high combustion efficiency. But the boiler is still widely used in the country because of its simple operation. The paper has introduced a brand new zonal multiple intensification combustion technology. Through analysis of boiler inherent combustion characteristics and combustion mechanism,carried out hearth space zoning into fire grate coal layer combustion area,suspension space combustion area and other areas. In allusion to different combustion characteristics in each area through multiple intensification and air graded combustion technologies have formed a high efficiency combustion system. The method has improved the coal-fired chain-grate boiler thermal efficiency and environment protection performance,gained significant economical and social benefits. The technology has good prospects for popularization and application.
