摘要
对某亚临界锅炉的四大管道进行寿命评估,对主蒸汽管道和高温再热蒸汽管道进行壁厚校核、理论计算,采用等温线外推法对此机组主蒸汽管道和高温再热蒸汽管道剩余寿命进行计算并对计算结果进行分析讨论,并对下次大修提出建议。
The aim of this paper is the life assessment for four main pipelines of a subcritical boiler.Calibration and theoretical calculation of wall thickness of main steam pipeline and high temperature reheat steam pipeline,the residual life of main steam pipe and high temperature reheat steam pipe of this unit is calculated by isothermal extrapolation method,and the calculation results are analyzed and discussed,and suggestions for the next overhaul are put forward.
