高峰矿105号矿体残矿回采与采空区治理协同技术研究 被引量:11

摘要 早期矿山经过多年开采一般会遗留大量的采空区与高品位残矿,随着资源禀赋条件的改变及深部矿体开采安全的需要,上部采空区通常需要及时处理,与此同时安全回收高品位残矿往往会带来可观的经济效益。本文以高峰矿105号矿体为例,受民采破坏的影响,—152m水平以上留下了大量的采空区,极大影响了深部矿体开采的安全,通过对采空区及残矿的分类,制定了残矿回采与采空区治理协同的技术方案,最后通过工业试验验证了方案的可行性,并为高峰矿其他地段残矿回采提供了技术参考。 In the early mining,numerous mine voids and residual high-grade ores were left.As the resource endowment gets worse and the security requirements of deep mining,mine voids above need to be treated timely and mining residual ores will frequently bring considerable economic benefits.In the paper,taking No.105 orebody in Gaofeng mine for example,there are plenty of mine voids above-152 mlevel,which exert great influence on deep mining.Based on classification of mine voids and residual ores,a collaborative technology solution including residual ore mining and mine void treatment is put forward.Finally,the solution feasiblity is verified by industrial tests,which can provide the technical reference for residual ore mining in other locations of Gaofeng mine.
