摘要
针对蒙古某低品位含硫铜钼矿进行选矿工艺技术研究。通过方案对比,确定了"铜钼优先(对硫)"的原则流程。采用"铜钼优先(对硫)-铜钼分离"的工艺流程,同时结合新型高效捕收剂BKAP及新型绿色铜抑制剂BK511,实现了该矿石资源的有效回收。闭路试验获得铜品位24.39%、铜回收率81.60%的铜精矿和钼品位47.11%、钼回收率80.47%的钼精矿。
This paper studies on mineral processing technology on a low grade copper-molybdenum ore containing pyrite.The principle process of "copper-molybdenum priority(relative to pyrite)" was determined by scheme contrast test at first.Then,the efficient recovery of the ore resources was realized by applying the process of"copper-molybdenum priority(relative to pyrite)-copper-molybdenum separation"combining the new efficient collector BKAP and the new environmental copper inhibitor BK511.Closedcircuit test obtained a copper concentrate containing Cu 24.39% and a molybdenum concentrate containing Mo 47.11%.The copper recovery of is 81.60% and the molybdenum recovery is 80.47%.
