摘要
煤炭资源开发与利用在拉动矿区社会经济发展的同时,也打破了矿区生态环境的原始平衡。矿区生态文明建设,必须追求资源开发与生态建设的并行。本文在系统分析煤炭资源开发利用对矿区生态文明建设双重影响的基础上,研究煤矿区生态文明建设的驱动因子及驱动机理,构建了煤矿区生态文明评价指标体系,探讨了煤矿区特色生态文明测度方法体系,以期为煤矿区生态文明建设提供帮助。
With the Development and utilization of coal resources in the mining area,not only the social and economic developed at the same time,but also broke the original mining area ecological environment balance.Mining area ecological civilization construction,must be pursuit of resources exploitation and ecological construction in parallel.This paper based on the systematic analysis of the mining area coal resources development and utilization of dual influence of ecological civilization construction,on the basis of research on coal mining area of the construction of ecological civilization driving factor and driving mechanism,build the evaluation index system of coal mine area ecological civilization,and probes into the coal mine area characteristic ecological civilization measure system,in order to provide help for the coal mining area ecological civilization construction.
