新型减水剂改善充填料浆性能试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 为了解决目前凡口铅锌矿因溢流尾砂充填料浆浓度偏低而导致的水泥单耗高、充填体强度偏低等问题,本文采用新型减水剂改善料浆流变性能,提高溢流尾砂料浆的输送浓度及管道输送性能。开展了基于新型减水剂的料浆扩散度、流变试验及充填材料配比试验。试验表明采用新型减水剂可明显改善充填料浆的流动性,对充填体强度产生有益影响。最终确定最优配比料浆的浓度为66%、灰砂比为1∶6,节灰率达15.4%,充填体7d单轴抗压强度提高率为42.4%,充填体28d单轴抗压强度提高率为15.2%,实现充填成本降低了为4%,具有明显的经济效益及推广应用的意义。 In order to solve the problem of high cement unit consumption and the low strength of the filling body caused by the low density of overflow tailings filling slurry in Fankou Lead-Zine mine.In this paper,we used a new water-reducer to improve the slurry rheological performance,the filling slurry transportation density and the transportation pipeline characteristic.The filling slurry test、rheological test and filling material proportion test based on the new water-reducer were conducted.The results show that the new water-reducer can significantly improve the filling slurry flowing ability and benefit the strength of the filling body.Finally the optimum technological conditions were determined as following:the optimal ratio of slurry density is 66%and the cement-sand ratio is 1∶6,in which the cement reduce rate reaches 15.4%,the uniaxial compressive strength increases 42.4% of 7days and 15.2% of 28 days,cost reduced by 4%.It can bring a certain economic benefit for mine and has popularization and application value.
