摘要
在分析当前城市化进程快速发展的基础上,阐述了城市环境中存在的主要健康风险因素,提出了建立城市环境指标健康风险因素体系的原则,并从构成城市环境健康风险因素的垃圾、大气污染、废弃物、饮用水、雨污水排放、噪声6个主要方面选取了具体指标,构成了较为完整的城市环境健康风险因素指标体系;同时对各评价指标因子的量化标准值的确定进行了分析研究,并提出了指标体系的计算方法。
Based on analysis of the current rapid development of cities ,the article expounds the main health risk factors in city environment ,and proposed the establishment principle of city environmental indicator system of health risk factor .The article selects a series of specific targets from 6 major aspects of health risks in city environment ,including garbage ,air pollution ,waste ,waste water ,sewage and noise ,and constitutes a relatively complete city environmental health risk factors index system .At the same time ,the article studies and determines a quantitative standard of each index factors ,and then put forward the calculation method of index system .
