摘要 目的评价IMFeD工具对儿童不良饮食行为问题的干预效果。方法选择儿童保健门诊中具有不良饮食行为的1~5岁儿童37例作为干预组,应用IMFeD工具进行阶段性指导,每月在儿童保健门诊进行1次指导,共3次;选择进行常规保健的儿童41例为对照组。比较2组儿童不良饮食行为、抚养人不良喂养行为改善情况。结果干预前IMFeD干预组儿童4项不良饮食行为发生比例(50.00%~76.47%)高于对照组(12.20%~31.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后,IMFeD干预组与对照组4项不良饮食行为发生比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),IMFeD干预组儿童4项不良饮食行为发生比例均有所减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预前IMFeD干预组抚养人4项不良喂养行为发生比例(32.35%~64.71%)高于对照组(2.44%~17.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后,IMFeD干预组与对照组不良喂养行为发生比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),IMFeD干预组5项不良喂养行为发生比例均有所减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论IMFeD干预方法对儿童不良饮食行为的干预效果明显。 Objective To evaluate the intervention effects of Identification and Management of Feeding Difficulties( IMFe D) tools for the eating behavior problems of children. Methods Choosing 37 cases of 1-5 years old children with eating behavior problems,they were assigned to the intervention group and received comprehensive guidance whih IMFe D,once a month,3 times in total; choosing 41 children who were assigned to the control group,they received traditional eating guidance. The behavior change of the IMFe D group were compared with the control group. Results The eating behavior problems incidence of IMFe D group( 50. 00%-76. 47%) is higher than the control group( 12. 20%-31. 71%) before the intervention,the difference were statistically significant( P < 0. 01); after the intervention,the eating behavior problems incidence of two groups have no statistically significant( P > 0. 05),the eating behavior problems incidence of IMFe D group have been reduced,the difference were statistically significant( P < 0. 01). The feeding behavior problems incidence of IMFe D group( 32. 35%-64. 71%) is higher than the control group( 2. 44%-17. 07%) before the intervention,the difference were statistically significant( P < 0. 01); after the intervention,the feeding behavior problems incidence of two groups have no statistically significant( P > 0. 05),the feeding behavior problems incidence of IMFe D group have been reduced,the difference were statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Effects of applying IMFe D tool is obvious for intervening the eating behavior problems of children.
