摘要
要加快发展矿产资源企业信息化的步伐,关键是要提高信息资源共享的水平,建立和完善矿产资源产业链上信息的交互和共享机制。基于矿产资源行业的特殊性和产业链上成员之间复杂利益关系,构建了政府监督下的矿产资源企业间信息共享博弈模型,对成员之间信息共享的利益关系进行了分析,从信息共享利益均衡的视角,研究了政府监督下的企业成员之间信息共享机制。结果表明:引入政府监督,可以实现矿产资源企业的信息共享利益均衡,使各企业成员的共享信息收益增加,能提高成员之间信息共享的质量和水平,促进矿产资源企业和行业信息化的发展。
To accelerate the development of mineral resources enterprise in the pace of information,the key is to improve the level of information resources sharing,establish and improve the mechanism of information interaction and sharing on the mineral resources industry chain.Based on the particularity of the mineral resources industry and the complex interests relationship between the members of the industrial chain,information sharing Game Model between the mineral resources enterprises under government supervision was constructed,and analyzed the interests relationship of information sharing between members was analyzed,and the information-sharing mechanism between enterprise members under government supervision was studied,from the balance interests perspective of information sharing.The results showed that:government supervision can make mineral resource enterprises achieve balance interests of information sharing,and make all enterprise members increase the information-sharing revenue,and improve the quality and level of information sharing between members,promote the development of mineral resource enterprises and industry information technology.
