摘要
论文以特大型科技(工程)组织知识流程为研究对象,研究和分析了组织知识流程的审计、建模、改进与评价的特点,提出了基于大型工程项目组织知识价值链、战略匹配度确定核心知识流程和亟待改进知识流程方法,以及基于"多因素知识流程图"和"多层次知识"进行了知识流程建模,进而基于知识缺口分析的知识流程改进方法,从"功能"和"Agent"视角,提出了基于工作流的自治知识管理与控制系统,并给出了知识流程的评价方法,以及知识流程持续改进策略,并进行了实际工程验证。
In this paper,the extra large-scale science and technology(engineering) project organizational knowledge processes are studied.The characteristics of the audit,modeling,improvement and evaluation of the organizational knowledge processes are analyzed.A method is put forward based on large- scale projects organizational knowledge value chain,strategic matching to identify core knowledge processes and the knowledge processes needed to improve.Models are built based on 'multi-factor knowledge process chart' and 'multi-level knowledge'.Thus,from the 'function' and 'agent' perspective,the improved method is proposed based on the knowledge gap analysis of knowledge processes and knowledge management workflow,and the evaluation methods and continuous improvement strategies of the knowledge processes are given.
